‘The Power to Heal’


Two companies came together to create the largest wound care company in the U.S.

When asked about the company’s long-term vision, their initial answer was “to become the largest wound care provider in the country”. After facilitating a vision workshop, we arrived at a new shared vision and purpose for the new entity: to heal more wounds and charge more lives. This vision became the foundation for the transformation of the company and the wound care category. Our recommendations focused on shedding light on a marginalized group of patients and the unique clinical approach that had the power to heal.
