Jeffrey is the founder, and lead partner at Transform Partners. He is a pioneer in using brand relevance and positioning as a key strategic driver for gaining leadership clarity, encouraging organizational alignment and generating stakeholder commitment in creating relevant brands and uncommon growth.

As a hands-on strategist, he has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare economy working with leading companies including Aramark Healthcare, Abbott, American Medical Association, AT&T, Baxter, Healogics, University of Chicago Medicine, Hanger, Kellogg, Vitality and Sodexo Healthcare.

An entrepreneur at heart, his superpower is curiosity. He’s committed to asking the right questions, using that information to transform legacy organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, food services and hospitality and more. With a passion for helping early-stage innovators, healthcare companies going through M&A activity and legacy brands alike, Jeffrey supports leaders in aligning vision, strategy and brand to drive loyalty and relevancy. Before founding Transform Partners, he was a partner in the healthcare practice of Prophet, a global management consultancy, and the founder and CEO of Health Brand Group.

Jeffrey earned both his undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in marketing at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has served on profit and not-for-profit boards including the American Medical Association Foundation, Ember Foundation, The Center For Enriched Living, Craig Capital Management and the YellowBrick Foundation.

Harriet is a lead partner at Transform Partners with a track record of creating and executing transformational strategies that optimize value and growth across a broad spectrum of U.S. and global health-related enterprises. Her expertise lies in her ability to invent or revitalize a business through a focus on its purpose as a touchstone for all operational and strategic decisions.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving change, Harriet has worked with physicians, clinicians and industry leaders across a range of health and care organizations to develop product, brand and marketing strategies that are truly transformational. Harriet prides herself on an intimate understanding of the key stakeholders in healthcare and finds the greatest rewards in helping organizations give life to their vision and create truly unique experiences.

Prior to joining Transform Partners, Harriet served as Managing Director at Health Brand Group, a strategic brand consultancy and communications firm.  Over the past twenty years, she has consulted with large mature businesses and enterprising startups, both B2B and B2C clients.

Harriet received her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, where she graduated Cum Laude in American Studies. She received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, with a specialization in Strategy and Management Policy.
