When Aramark decided to bring their food, facility and technology services to the healthcare market, they recognized a need for a new approach.

Speaking to hospitals, was completely differently from the sports and entertainment venues they dominated. They also couldn’t seem to move past being seen as a commodity secondary to care, so they asked us to update their current position. Instead, we uncovered something much more meaningful – something that would elevate their value in the eyes of the C-suite – the fact that they are indeed in the healthcare business and that care and environments are inextricably linked.
